Origin
The practice grew from repeated moments when candidates in Germany accepted an Angebot within hours, then discovered Probezeit notice rules, Nebentätigkeit restrictions, or bonus definitions only after signing. Clients needed a quiet room to prepare — with someone who would read the documents first.
How we work
Every engagement starts with your papers: offer letter, draft Arbeitsvertrag, current Gehaltsabrechnung, or competing timelines. We map constraints, write a brief you can reuse with HR, and rehearse the conversation when negotiation is the goal.
We do not replace a Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht. When a clause needs formal legal opinion — especially post-contractual non-competes — we say so and help you prepare questions for counsel.
