Services described
VirtuCloud AI provides employment consulting focused on salary negotiation preparation and employment-contract review support for individuals. Descriptions on this website are informational. A binding engagement begins only when scope and fees are confirmed in writing.
No legal or tax mandate
Consultations do not create an attorney–client relationship and do not replace advice from a licensed lawyer (including a Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) or a tax adviser. We may recommend that you seek such advice on specific clauses.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we prepare for you remain protected. You may use written briefs delivered under an engagement for your personal negotiations with a prospective or current employer. You may not republish our materials as a product or training course without permission.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you provide, for keeping login or email channels secure, and for decisions you make with employers after a consultation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VirtuCloud AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from employment outcomes (including salary figures ultimately agreed). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may be updated without prior notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Altenstadt, Freistaat Bayern, shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
